Entrex announces the Entrex Summit September 21st in New York

Chicago, IL August 31, 2006 – On September 21st, at Manhattan’s Grand Hyatt, come and meet the Capital and Companies that are the innovators in a new financial market: Entrex.

Entrex, over the last five years, has been establishing an understanding of the regulatory and reporting methodologies associated with creating an entrepreneurial market.   September 21st marks the date where the capital and the companies come together to introduce themselves to the financial community.

The “Entrex Summit” will introduce to the alternative investment community both the capital sources that are investing in the Entrex Ensured Companies along with Entrepreneurial Companies which have agreed to adhere to Entrex’s reporting methodologies and quarterly independent valuations.

“We  expect to have close to $500 million of fund managers at the summit… each fund represents a specific investment thesis which revolves around investing in Entrex Ensured Companies” said Stephen H. Watkins the founder and CEO of Entrex.   “By having the fund managers all in the same room - each will introduce themselves to the financial market constituents; the financial community will begin seeing the investment opportunities available through the clarity, credibility and exposure Entrex brings to the entrepreneurial sector.”

“The companies Entrex works with today represent approximately 12 Million in annual revenue, 25% annual growth and net about 15% a year.  This entrepreneurial sector is the high growth engine which brings economic and employment growth to our economy” said Watkins

“According to the Private Company Index (www.privatecompanyindex.com) performance in this sector is up 23.5% this year alone.  This is approximately 5 times the increase the DOW Index experienced in the same amount of time and immeasurable higher than the NASDAQ Index—which charts a loss over the same span.  It’s apparent that the potential dividends reaped from the entrepreneurial sector provide the opportunity of significantly greater returns than those realized from the more traditional public sources;  Entrex brings the clarity and reporting methodologies, for these entrepreneurial companies which is needed by the investment community.”
