Entrex Index Fund offers "Stock Purchase Agreements" for Private Companies Shareholders

Chicago, IL May 15 - 2006 - The exclusively licensed Entrex Index Fund www.entrexindexfund.com has received its first capital commitment from Meridian Capital and has started allocating funds through "Stock Purchase Agreements" with various private companies. "These are the first steps marking the beginning of the Entrex Index Fund," said Fred Knight, Fund Administrator. "Our hope is to have a foundation of over 100 companies in the fund by the end of 2006".

Knight continues, "We have a great start through the Entrex/PBC Private Company Index www.privatecompanyindex.com. Participating Index companies represent the high growth companies whose founder's and early investors have previously struggled for liquidity events. Our fund provides a vehicle for the purchase of minority interests from existing shareholders in private companies offering a diverse basket of private securities to alternative investors".

"The Entrex Index Fund is targeted to be sold to accredited investors through various broker-dealers across the country. As this moves forward we will start rolling up the funds together and anticipate taking the fund public in 2007" said Fund Administrator Knight.
