Various fund managers work around the clock to meet the demand of private company owners seeking to be included in the Entrex process, Entrex announces.

Chicago, IL (08-10-2005) Entrex (www.entrex.net) now works with a variety of fund managers to manage three funds, with almost $800 million in capital commitment, which will launch the first Entrex registered member companies to the Entrex process. The fund managers begin by working with Entrex registered member companies to establish an understanding of the businesses around their fund’s sector focus. The Entrex registered member companies, assisted by the fund managers, then establish transactional values for potential capital infusions.

The three funds are a different stages of the Entrex Timeline. In fact one of the fund’s, having already identified companies to include in the portfolio, is at the stage of selecting it’s capital source. “We are gratified by the demand of this type of fund in the capital markets and we will be selecting the best from a number of excellent sources.
