David Ashley joins Entrex to structure a series of Your Street Funds for “Local Investors, Investing Locally.”
Chicago, IL – Mar. 23, 2009 Entrex Inc. is pleased to announce that David Ashley recently joined the Entrex team to lead the development of a series of Your Street TIGRcub™ Funds throughout the Florida region.
The funds are designed to benefit Florida companies by providing growth capital in a non-dilutive manner, via the TIGRcub™ security. Investors will be able to participate in a diversified basket of TIGRcub™ investments that produce a return, distributed monthly, which is derived from the securitization of the “Top-line” of portfolio companies’ revenues—versus the traditionally illiquid equities of private entities.
Mr. Ashley brings an extensive background in deal finance acquired through his 18 year history in the financial industry. As Entrex’s lead on the Florida series of Your Street TIGRcub™ Funds he’ll utilize his vast domestic and international relationships to select, structure and develop third-party fund managers while also working with institutional and retail investors to align capital investments into Florida companies.
