Mr. Stephen H. Watkins, Chairman and CEO --
Mr. Watkins is an experienced entrepreneur founding and growing several successful information and business services companies. He is responsible at Entrex for the overall Entrex business strategy, development of key strategic relationships, marketing strategy, and marketing communications. His efforts raising capital for those companies repeatedly demonstrated the inefficient and unstructured path that entrepreneurial companies traverse to gain exposure and credibility in the capital markets and financial community. These experiences inspired Mr. Watkins to conceive a capital market for entrepreneurial companies and to establish Entrex. In 2006 Mr. Watkins authored the book: "Capital Can't Fund What it Can't Find", which focused on capital markets, capital formation and capital access for entrepreneurial companies. Mr. Watkins is active in the US Chamber of Commerce, Fortune Small Business, and other global business forums which provide him regular opportunities to speak to entrepreneurial company CEO's about Growth, Financing and Capital formation and discuss Entrex.
Mr. Richard C. Rochon, Vice Chairman --
Mr. Rochon has extensive experience as an investor, shareholder, director and officer of various public and private companies throughout his career and has been involved in numerous acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, initial public offerings, secondary offerings and other corporate financings and transactions. Prior to joining Entrex Mr. Rochon formed RPCP, (www.RPCP.com) after serving for 14 years (1987-2002) as President of Huizenga Holdings, Inc., a management and holding company owned by H. Wayne Huizenga. Mr. Rochon's responsibilities during his career have included the following: Director, Century Business Services (NYSE: CBZ; 1996 - 2014); Director (Chairman), Sunair Services Corporation (AMEX: SNR; 2004 - 2009); Director (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Devcon International Corporation (2004 - 2009); Director (Chairman) Equity Media Holdings Corporation (2008 - 2009); Director (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer) - Coconut Palm Acquisition Corporation (2005-2007); Director, Bancshares of Florida (NASDAQ: BOFL - 2002-2006), a full-service commercial bank; Director (Vice Chairman) (November 1996 to December 2004) and President (March 1998 to January 2002) of Boca Resorts, Inc. Mr. Thomas Hatfield --
Mr. Hatfield brings over 30 years of expertise creating and solving complex online information systems. His technical experience includes the US Army where he deployed tactical information systems and with General Electric where was a Systems Test Engineer for final testing and ground-station operations for military space-satellite communications. He has also worked for the US Air Force creating automated navigational planning for heavy aircraft flying complex training missions and for the Quad-City Times where he aided their custom database-driven software. His expertise is over 20 years creating custom systems, for organizations including Cadence Design Systems, NEC Electronics, Flextronics and PeopleSoft.
Mr. John A. Bohn --
Mr. Bohn advises Entrex on regulatory matters and is leading the development of the TIGRcub regulatory framework. He currently serves as a Commissioner of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) for which he was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger in May 2005 for a six year term. Due to his work on the commission, John is intimately familiar with issues surrounding climate change, energy, and water, as well as developments in clean technology solutions. Commissioner Bohn is a principal in GlobalNet Partners, N.A., LLC, a global advisory and consulting firm. Prior to his present position, Commissioner Bohn served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Moody's Investors Service. In 1981, Commissioner Bohn joined the President Reagan Administration as Special Assistant to Treasury Secretary Don Regan, and was subsequently appointed by President Reagan as U.S. Ambassador and Executive Director of the Asian Development Bank. In 1984, President Reagan appointed Commissioner Bohn to the post of Vice Chairman of the Export Import Bank of the United States, and later as chairman and CEO.
