In memory of the Aston Lagonda, restored in 2002, and under constant care... which was totaled by a mechanic.

Allegedly after starting on a cold morning it ran at full power, due to an alleged factory defective electronic (?) throttle, and ran into a wall only 20 feet ahead.   At this horrendous rate of speed the mechanic crushed (inverted) the steering wheel... and bounced through the windshield not once but twice.

For those that know these carborated cars... it is testament to the amazing "Cold Running" acceleration and zero to twenty foot acceleration these properly tuned Aston have.

Oh... this was done on Cinco de Mayo... go figure.
